Do you wish there was an easier way of keeping your website up to date?

The YourPropertyWebsite system has been developed in conjunction with several partners in the property business to provide a simple and effective way for Estate Agents & Auctioneers to maintain their websites.

As well as a professionally designed website, you will be provided with a login to our administration area from which you can maintain the properties and lettings that appear on your website. Properties can be sub-divided up into different Property Types, e.g. Residential, Commercial etc.

Add properties in a few seconds

Properties can be added or updated simply by filling in the relevant details and clicking on a save button. The new property will appear on your website immediately.

Printer-friendly view of all properties

Each property page has a printer-friendly view. This will allow site visitors print off a property page for viewing offline. Indeed, some of our clients actually use printed property pages as property brochures to hand out to callers to their offices.

No software to install and simple to use

There is no need to install any software, the administration area is accessed via your internet browser just like any other website. This means that it can be used by any member of your staff and can be accessed from any internet-connected PC (e.g. from your home).

Keep track of your property statistics and enquiry history

Using our Property Statistics, you can keep track of which properties are attracting the most interest. We keep a count of how many time a property has been viewed and how many times a property has been enquired about.

As well as receiving an email each time someone enquires about one of your listed properties, a full history of enquiries made will be available to you via the administration area of your site.

Users can register with your site for Property alerts

Visitors to your site can simply register with your site. Registered users can save property searchs and can choose to receive email alerts from your website as you add new properties that meet their search criteria.
